Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We confirm receipt of your order by email, but a contract is formed only once we accept and dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, a pricing error is found, or payment cannot be verified — and will refund any amount already paid.

Payment

Payment is taken through our secure payment provider or, where offered, by cash on delivery. We do not store your full card details.
