How and when your Kinnoo order reaches you.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation by email once your order is placed, and another notification when it's dispatched.
Shipping charges
- Orders of ₹999 and above ship free.
- For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹100 applies.
- Any applicable shipping charge is shown clearly in your cart and at checkout before payment.
Delivery time
Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Remote areas may take a little longer. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
Tracking your order
If your order ships with a tracked service, we'll include tracking details in your dispatch email. Signed-in customers can also view order status in their account.
Delays
Occasionally, factors outside our control — such as courier delays, weather or peak-season volumes — may affect delivery. We appreciate your patience and will help track down any delayed parcel.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly.
